This is a beautiful room in a big shared apartment on the 6th floor (penthouse). You will have three roommates, but you will share the bathroom and your side of the apartment only with one (really lovely) roommate. All 4 of us are in the lease. Looking for someone to take over the room starting right away.

The room is fully furnished, priority will be given to people who are willing to buy the furniture (300 CHF in total).

Cleaning lady comes once a week and we split the costs. This place has been absolutely wonderful and I?m sad to have to let it go – perfect location: peaceful but so close to everything you need; Parc Bertrand is just a short walk away, buses 1,5,7,3 are right around the corner; so is Coop and Evo fitness.
